SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with LACANDON. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is received and approved. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, sales, holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Any free shipping promotion applies only when clearly stated on our website and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or limited-time availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical U.S. delivery estimates:
Standard Shipping: [3–7] business days
Expedited Shipping: [2–3] business days
Express Shipping: [1–2] business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs issues, incorrect addresses, payment delays, carrier service interruptions, or other events outside of our control.
Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, LACANDON is not responsible for that loss. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Order Tracking
If tracking is provided for your shipment, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LACANDON is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
verify the shipping address entered at checkout,
check around your delivery location,
check with household members, neighbors, or building management,
contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you need assistance, you may contact us at shop@lacandon.mx, and we will do our best to help, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@lacandon.mx with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us as undeliverable, we may refuse re-shipment or charge additional shipping fees before sending the order again.
All Sales Final
Please note that all purchases are subject to our All Sales Final / No Returns / No Refunds Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
