Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from LACANDON. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@lacandon.mx with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Because our products are sourced and shipped through our fulfillment partners, we cannot accept returns for used items, normal wear, buyer's remorse, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Please do not send any item back unless we confirm return instructions first.

Cancellations may only be requested before an order has been processed by our supplier. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with the order. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
