Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once an order has been placed or accepted.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SECTION 6 - ALL SALES FINAL / NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- all purchases are final,
- we do not offer returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, or sizing issues,
- we do not issue refunds once a transaction is completed.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@lacandon.mx. We may, at our sole discretion, review the issue and offer a replacement or other remedy where appropriate. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have rights under applicable consumer laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required by law.

LACANDON is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all purchases made through our store are made directly with LACANDON, not Shopify.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and LACANDON, including any injury, damage, loss, or dispute arising from products purchased through our store. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with LACANDON.
